No, for watching live pictures via Internet, the PC computer with connected cameras does not need a routed (public) IP address. The PC can be connected via modem (with dynamic IP). The PC can access Internet via LAN with dynamic or permanent (no public) IP. For watching cameras connected to computer behind LAN Your Camera uses ?forwarding?.
2. How much of disk space it is necessary for recording of 24 hours of film using 1 and 4 cameras?
It depends on configuration of camera. 1 camera needs 3.5 GB of free space of disk using resolution: 320x240, compression: MPEG-4 and fps=5. 4 cameras need 14 GB.
